Our methodology has been developed from a combination of weightlifting and on the job training in the mining and construction industries. Each workshop is tailored to your tasks, easy to understand and builds a culture of safe lifting amongst staff. We don’t just show your team how to lift, we will coach you and your team to show others how to watch ya back Jack.
These sessions are fun, interactive and come with an overview of how to recover from tired and fatigued muscular strains. Your staff may not be athletes, however we all have similar tight muscle groups and potential injuries.
Our trainers are qualified powerlifting and strongman coaches proficient in all odd object lifts. The Onsite Coach difference is that we are not afraid to get our hands dirty.-
